When will my order be shipped?

It will take 2-3 business days to process and pack your order. You will receive a separate email with a tracking number when we ship your package. You should receive your package within 2-5 business days once it has been shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your products you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package for a full refund. The product must be unused and must be in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed upon. To initiate a return please email us at hi@seventhrebel.com.

Defective/Damaged products

We will gladly give you a full refund or exchange if your product arrives with defects or damages.  Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, and email us at hi@seventhrebel.com. Please remember to attach photos of the defective item with your email. Once looked over, we will go ahead and process your full refund or exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

As much as we would love for international customers to enjoy our products, we do not ship internationally yet 😉 . 

Are your products cruelty-free, vegan, and non-toxic?

Yes, yes, and yes!! This results in all of our products being suitable for all skin types!
